  • The deposit is non refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. 
  • Please note that the chain options available may differ to those shown on the website.
  • The £15 deposit will be taken off the price of your jewellery on the day
  • If you have a gift voucher, please bring it with you to your appointment (or it can't be used). Your £15 deposit will be refunded.
